By entering a solution to Conundrum, you agree to have your nickname displayed on the Conundrum Hall of Fame, should your solution be correct.
Your name and email address will only be used for sending out the subsequent winner's expert puzzle and will not be stored further or used for any other purpose.
This competition (the “Competition”) is promoted by Icon Books whose principal place of business is Omnibus Business Centre, 39-41 North Road, London N7 9DP (the “Promoter”) and administered by Creativity Unleashed Limited of 31 Eastbury Way, Swindon SN25 2EL which operates the website located at (www.conundrumbook.com (the Conundrum Website)).
Entries to the first round will be accepted (subject to these terms and conditions) until the first correct solution is received, which will displayed as 'The Winner'. Further winning entries will then be entered into the Hall of Fame and at intervals to be determined by the publisher will be contacted with an 'expert puzzle' - the first correct entry to this will become the new name splashed on the site as 'The Winner.'
The eligibility of any entrant is at the sole discretion of the Promoter. Employees, families or agents of the Promoter or any of its associated companies are not eligible to enter the Competition.
There will be no prizes other than appearance on this website.
The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any lost, damaged or incomplete entries and all such entries will be deemed invalid.
By entering the Competition, all entrants are deemed to accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions of any third party supplier may apply and must be accepted and complied with by the successful entrants.
